Esta semana, la Residencia de Audiolog\u00eda llev\u00f3 a cabo una clase dedicada a la presbiacusia, p\u00e9rdida gradual de la audici\u00f3n asociada al envejecimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La charla fue brindada por las licenciadas Anabel Olivares, jefa de residentes; Candela Espinosa y Natalia Montiveros, profesionales de la Residencia de Audiolog\u00eda de OSEP. Durante el encuentro, ofrecieron herramientas para comprender la p\u00e9rdida auditiva con la edad y los cuidados necesarios para prevenir o minimizar este proceso.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El evento se desarroll\u00f3 en el marco de los talleres de Envejecimiento Exitoso, coordinados por la doctora Paula Fachinelli y la licenciada Gabriela Rivara. Tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente la licenciada Alejandra Brkan, especialista del Hospital El Carmen y jefa del Servicio de Fonoaudiolog\u00eda de OSEP.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La tem\u00e1tica abordada refuerza la propuesta de los talleres para adultos mayores, que este a\u00f1o celebran su vig\u00e9simo aniversario. Estos encuentros fomentan la sociabilizaci\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de redes de apoyo y v\u00ednculos afectivos, herramientas fundamentales para el bienestar en la tercera edad.
