{"id":61264,"date":"2026-05-26T16:00:25","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T19:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=61264"},"modified":"2026-05-26T16:00:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T19:00:25","slug":"cine-debate-y-enfermedad-celiaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/cine-debate-y-enfermedad-celiaca\/","title":{"rendered":"Cine debate y enfermedad cel\u00edaca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><strong>En el marco del Mes de la Enfermedad Cel\u00edaca, el Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n Cl\u00ednica para Pacientes Cr\u00f3nicos llev\u00f3 a cabo una actividad abierta destinada a concientizar sobre esta patolog\u00eda autoinmune y sist\u00e9mica, desencadenada por el consumo de gluten, presente en cereales como trigo, avena, cebada y centeno. En esta oportunidad, se realiz\u00f3 una jornada de cine debate con la proyecci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula Glutened.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Glutened es un cortometraje de 2020, dirigido por Hayley Repton, que retrata de manera art\u00edstica y realista el impacto cotidiano de la enfermedad cel\u00edaca y las dificultades sociales que enfrentan las personas recientemente diagnosticadas. La producci\u00f3n ha sido reconocida y premiada internacionalmente y, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, fue la propuesta elegida por OSEP para cerrar un mes dedicado a la concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la celiaqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Todos los a\u00f1os, OSEP adhiere activamente a esta campa\u00f1a con el objetivo de promover el abordaje integral de la enfermedad, favorecer el diagn\u00f3stico precoz, optimizar el tratamiento y acompa\u00f1ar a las personas que conviven con esta condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Durante la actividad participaron pacientes y profesionales de distintos servicios de la Obra Social. Se destac\u00f3 la presencia de la doctora Laura Bidot, jefa del servicio, junto a referentes como Gabriela Rivara, Paula Fachinelli, Stella Calder\u00f3n, Soledad Ciurletti y Paola Navarro, adem\u00e1s de los distintos especialistas que acompa\u00f1aron atentamente la disertaci\u00f3n de la licenciada Eliana Silveti.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En el Mes Internacional de la Enfermedad Cel\u00edaca, resulta muy importante difundir informaci\u00f3n y concientizar a la comunidad sobre esta patolog\u00eda, con el fin de mejorar el diagn\u00f3stico temprano y el tratamiento de quienes
