{"id":58848,"date":"2025-09-26T14:45:20","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T17:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=58848"},"modified":"2025-09-26T14:52:48","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T17:52:48","slug":"recreacion-saludable-en-san-rafael","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/recreacion-saludable-en-san-rafael\/","title":{"rendered":"Recreaci\u00f3n saludable en San Rafael"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><strong>En el marco de los festejos por el D\u00eda de la Sanidad, que se celebra cada 21 de septiembre, la Obra Social de los Empleados P\u00fablicos organiz\u00f3 una salida saludable junto a dos grupos de adultos mayores que participan cada semana del Taller de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Cardiol\u00f3gica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ambos grupos est\u00e1n conformados por personas mayores que transitan distintas etapas del proceso de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n del licenciado \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda, profesor de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica de OSEP San Rafael. Se re\u00fanen semanalmente en el edificio territorial para realizar actividad f\u00edsica adaptada a las necesidades y condiciones de cada paciente.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para sumarse a la celebraci\u00f3n, el grupo se traslad\u00f3 desde la sede de la obra social, ubicada en Entre R\u00edos 345, hasta el Polideportivo Municipal N.\u00ba 1. All\u00ed disfrutaron de una ma\u00f1ana de juegos, actividades recreativas y una merienda saludable, acompa\u00f1ados por un equipo interdisciplinario.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El equipo profesional estuvo integrado por el doctor Gonzalo Sanz y los licenciados Victoria Claros, \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda, Valeria Gij\u00f3n y Dar\u00edo Sep\u00falveda. Tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 de la jornada la gerenta asistencial de OSEP San Rafael, Mar\u00eda Eugenia Morales.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-58848 gallery-columns-2
