En esta oportunidad, la licenciada Alicia Garc\u00eda ofreci\u00f3 una disertaci\u00f3n sobre \u201cComidas saludables\u201d en la Escuela N\u00ba 1-325 Corval\u00e1n Sotomayor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La actividad se enmarca en el \u201cTaller de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable en la adolescencia\u201d, destinado a estudiantes que atraviesan una etapa clave en su desarrollo f\u00edsico. En esta etapa, los adolescentes suelen priorizar aspectos sociales por sobre lo nutricional a la hora de elegir alimentos, por lo que resulta fundamental brindarles herramientas para tomar decisiones conscientes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el encuentro, se trabaj\u00f3 sobre c\u00f3mo organizar un plato equilibrado en cada comida, promoviendo h\u00e1bitos que forman parte de un estilo de vida saludable, como el consumo adecuado de agua y la pr\u00e1ctica regular de actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>La licenciada Alicia Garc\u00eda, profesional en Nutrici\u00f3n y miembro del equipo del edificio territorial de OSEP San Rafael, fue la encargada de la exposici\u00f3n. Al finalizar, se entreg\u00f3 folleter\u00eda informativa y se respondieron todas las consultas formuladas por los alumnos.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-58280 gallery-columns-2
