{"id":54842,"date":"2024-09-17T12:48:25","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T15:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=54842"},"modified":"2024-09-17T12:48:25","modified_gmt":"2024-09-17T15:48:25","slug":"osep-cerca-trabaja-en-la-prevencion-de-diabetes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/osep-cerca-trabaja-en-la-prevencion-de-diabetes\/","title":{"rendered":"OSEP Cerca trabaja en la prevenci\u00f3n de Diabetes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El Departamento de Salud Familiar y Comunitaria impulsa, a trav\u00e9s de los centros de atenci\u00f3n de OSEP Cerca, talleres preventivos que se desarrollan para los afiliados que asisten a sus consultas de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En esta oportunidad, las actividades estuvieron centradas en la prevenci\u00f3n de Diabetes Tipo 2 y la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable. El lunes 16 de septiembre se llev\u00f3 a cabo el taller en la sala de espera de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n Familiar OSEP de la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal Benegas, Godoy Cruz. El taller fue organizado y dirigido por estudiantes de medicina de la PFO (Pr\u00e1ctica Final Obligatoria) de la Universidad de Mendoza, con la supervisi\u00f3n del doctor Hugo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p>Este evento estuvo orientado a los pacientes que se encontraban en la sala de espera y tuvo como objetivo brindarles informaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica y accesible para la prevenci\u00f3n de la diabetes tipo 2. Durante el taller, se aplic\u00f3 el cuestionario FINDRISK para evaluar el riesgo individual de cada participante y se ofreci\u00f3 una charla detallada sobre los principios de una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y la importancia de la actividad f\u00edsica. La misma actividad se replic\u00f3 en OSEP El Plumerillo, Las Heras, durante la jornada de hoy.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de estas acciones es aportar a los pacientes herramientas y conocimientos para adoptar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables y prevenir enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas. La participaci\u00f3n activa de los estudiantes y del doctor Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez facilit\u00f3 un entorno educativo e interactivo, contribuyendo a una mayor conciencia sobre la prevenci\u00f3n de la
