{"id":51511,"date":"2023-10-11T16:10:19","date_gmt":"2023-10-11T19:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=51511"},"modified":"2023-10-17T11:25:28","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T14:25:28","slug":"osep-concientiza-sobre-los-riesgos-de-la-obesidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/osep-concientiza-sobre-los-riesgos-de-la-obesidad\/","title":{"rendered":"OSEP concientiza sobre los riesgos de la obesidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Como ocurre cada a\u00f1o, el tercer mi\u00e9rcoles del mes de octubre se conmemora el D\u00eda Nacional de la lucha contra la Obesidad, con el objeto de instalar fuertemente esta problem\u00e1tica en la agenda p\u00fablica y sensibilizar a la poblaci\u00f3n acerca de la importancia de la prevenci\u00f3n y control. A trav\u00e9s del Departamento de Nutrici\u00f3n y Alimentaci\u00f3n, OSEP llevar\u00e1 a cabo actividades preventivas en todo el territorio provincial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Es que m\u00e1s del 50% de la poblaci\u00f3n en Argentina padece exceso de peso. Esta problem\u00e1tica aumenta el riesgo de tener m\u00e1s de 200 inconvenientes de salud como diabetes, hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, enfermedades respiratorias cr\u00f3nicas, en los ri\u00f1ones o en el h\u00edgado o algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Con el objetivo de concientizar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre estos peligros, la Red Saludable de OSEP se suma a la campa\u00f1a preventiva de la Provincia de Mendoza con el Slogan \u201cMendoza se mueve para promover infancias saludables\u201d. La iniciativa busca incrementar la vida activa y disminuir el sedentarismo, estimulando traslados a pie o en bicicleta, actividades f\u00edsicas recreativas al aire libre, recreos activos, uso de escaleras y pausas activas; adem\u00e1s de elegir una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y sostenible.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Adem\u00e1s, el Departamento de Nutrici\u00f3n y Alimentaci\u00f3n de OSEP, a cargo de la licenciada Silvina Rodr\u00edguez, ha dise\u00f1ado una agenda de actividades preventivas en distintas sedes territoriales y efectores de la Obra Social durante todo el mes de Octubre. Se prev\u00e9 una gran concurrencia en todos los departamentos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Las actividades, una por una<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>OSEP La Paz:<\/strong> Jueves 12 de octubre, 8.30 a 12 hs<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>OSEP Las Catitas:<\/strong> Jueves 12 de octubre, 16.30 a 18 hs<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>UAF Villa Nueva (Calle Libertad):<\/strong> Jueves 12 de octubre. Marat\u00f3n Saludable, 10 a 11.30<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>OSEP Luj\u00e1n:<\/strong> Semana saludable. Consejer\u00eda nutricional en salas de espera.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>OSEP Maip\u00fa:<\/strong> Mi\u00e9rcoles 18 de octubre, 10 hs.
