{"id":48215,"date":"2022-11-10T15:13:14","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T18:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=48215"},"modified":"2023-05-08T08:24:45","modified_gmt":"2023-05-08T11:24:45","slug":"mas-actividades-saludables-en-mendoza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/mas-actividades-saludables-en-mendoza\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s actividades saludables en Mendoza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Con la participaci\u00f3n de las sedes territoriales de Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo, Guaymall\u00e9n y Malarg\u00fce, la Red Saludable de OSEP concluy\u00f3 una semana llena de actividades que apuntaron a concientizar sobre los peligros que acompa\u00f1an a la obesidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La jornada comenz\u00f3 en el edificio de OSEP Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo, ubicado en Bustamante 456, donde la doctora Patricia Ferrer y la licenciada Patricia Uribe realizaron tareas de concientizaci\u00f3n para los afiliados y vecinos que se acercaron a realizar preguntas a las profesionales y acceder a material informativo de los programas de la Obra Social. Adem\u00e1s cont\u00f3 con la visita de la doctora Andrea N\u00fa\u00f1ez, coordinadora del programa pedi\u00e1trico Crecer Juntos y referente de esta iniciativa interdisciplinaria.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En Guaymall\u00e9n, se realiz\u00f3 una jornada saludable en la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n Familiar OSEP Cerca de Villa Nueva, ubicada en Libertad 242. All\u00ed, el equipo de la Red Saludable realiz\u00f3 tareas con un grupo de vecinos y vecinas que fueron invitados especialmente para hoy.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">De esta manera, las doctoras Carina Carrasco y Andrea Allub y las licenciadas Gisela M\u00e1rquez y Marcela Pezzutti ofrecieron actividades informativas para los pacientes y su grupo familiar. En la ocasi\u00f3n se comparti\u00f3 un desayuno saludable, explicando su importancia y realizando juegos. Tambi\u00e9n asisti\u00f3 el profesor de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica Mariano Basigalup, quien habl\u00f3 sobre la importancia de mantener el cuerpo en movimiento y brind\u00f3 consejos para realizar ejercicios en casa.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Por \u00faltimo, en Malarg\u00fce tambi\u00e9n hubo lugar para la concientizaci\u00f3n. La doctora Carina Nielsen y la licenciada Mariela Piastrellini realizaron control de peso y talla, per\u00edmetro abdominal, toma de presi\u00f3n, pedidos de an\u00e1lisis y entrega de material informativo de cada programa preventivo y opciones saludables a las personas que asistieron a la sede territorial ubicada en Roca y Emilio Civit.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
