{"id":46075,"date":"2022-05-05T15:01:52","date_gmt":"2022-05-05T18:01:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=46075"},"modified":"2023-07-03T08:42:30","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T11:42:30","slug":"osep-vive-su-dia-libre-de-gluten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/osep-vive-su-dia-libre-de-gluten\/","title":{"rendered":"OSEP vive su d\u00eda libre de gluten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Obra Social dio el presente en el Encuentro Cel\u00edacos 2022, que tuvo lugar en el Espacio Cultural Julio Le Parc y fue organizado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Contingencia Social y Pol\u00edticas Alimentarias del Ministerio de Salud, Desarrollo Social y Deportes de la provincia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All\u00ed, el equipo de profesionales del servicio Ser Cel\u00edaco particip\u00f3 con un stand brindando informaci\u00f3n y asesoramiento por parte de las especialistas. Tambi\u00e9n comenzaron las actividades en las sedes territoriales, con actividades de concientizaci\u00f3n para afiliados y vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas tareas se realizaron en los edificios que OSEP tiene en Las Catitas, La Paz y Maip\u00fa donde las licenciadas Mar\u00eda Eugenia Panza y Sonia Francisconi respectivamente ofrecieron material informativo a las personas que se acercaron.<\/p>\n<p>Las charlas continuar\u00e1n ma\u00f1ana con una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n en OSEP Xeltahuina y m\u00e1s espacios de promoci\u00f3n por los departamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Debemos tener en cuenta que, en Argentina, alrededor de 400.000 personas padecen de Enfermedad Cel\u00edaca, lo que equivale a 1% de la poblaci\u00f3n. El \u00fanico tratamiento, por el momento, es el cuidado mediante una dieta en la que se evite la ingesta de trigo, avena, cebada, centeno y sus derivados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V Jornada de Actualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organizada por el Servicio de Nutrici\u00f3n y Alimentaci\u00f3n de OSEP, el programa Ser Cel\u00edaco realizar\u00e1 una Jornada de actualizaci\u00f3n en enfermedad cel\u00edaca.
