Muchos mendocinos y mendocinas participaron el s\u00e1bado de la 8\u00ba Expo Feria Libre de Gluten que tuvo lugar en la Fuente de los Continentes.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> jornada<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">fue<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> parte de los encuentros anuales que realiza OSEP <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">y tuvo por objetivo pasar<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> un d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00ed<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">a diferente y con propuestas gastron\u00f3micas Sin Tacc <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(trigo, avena, cebada y centeno)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, acompa\u00f1ado de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">sorteos<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, entretenimiento y charlas sobre celiaqu\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Durante todo el a\u00f1o el Programa \u201cSer Cel\u00edaco\u201d trabaja activamente con los afiliados en el seguimiento y tratamiento de los pacientes. Adem\u00e1s realiza talleres y exposiciones de productos con gran convocatoria entre los afiliados y p\u00fablico en general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En el recorrido tambi\u00e9n se instalaron puestos de comida libre de gluten y hubo talleres de cocina con recetas f\u00e1ciles y pr\u00e1cticas, stand informativos con asesoramiento m\u00e9dico-nutricional, actividades recreativas y sorteos de productos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Cabe destacar que la asistencia fue gratuita y tuvo gran convocatoria por parte de la comunidad en general<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-45400 gallery-columns-2
