Ser\u00e1 este s\u00e1bado, de 10 a 14, en la Fuente de los Continentes, Parque General San Mart\u00edn. Nuclea a profesionales y productores de alimentos, cosm\u00e9ticos e higiene para cel\u00edacos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OSEP realizar\u00e1 este s\u00e1bado 4 de diciembre su exposici\u00f3n anual de productos para cel\u00edacos. Tendr\u00e1 lugar a partir de las 10 y tiene por objetivo generar un \u00e1mbito propicio para que pacientes y p\u00fablico en general puedan averiguar y comparar precios y calidad, conocer nuevos lugares, degustar y comprar alimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Habr\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n talleres de cocina y la presencia de distintos stands donde el equipo de profesionales de la Obra Social responder\u00e1 dudas sobre la enfermedad. Tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 sorteos y actividades recreativas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la enfermedad cel\u00edaca?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de la intolerancia a las prote\u00ednas de los cereales como trigo, cebada, avena y centeno. Esa prote\u00edna se llama gluten y, lo que hace es alterar las mucosas del intestino, provocando una mala absorci\u00f3n de los nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Es una patolog\u00eda autoinmune y tiene una gran predisposici\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica. Estad\u00edsticamente, la padece uno de cada 150 nacidos vivos.<\/p>\n<p>Es muy importante su diagn\u00f3stico temprano para que sus s\u00edntomas no sean agresivos y no aparezcan otras enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sus s\u00edntomas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una persona puede presentar s\u00edntomas cl\u00e1sicos, vivir una enfermedad asintom\u00e1tica o padecer solo una cefalea.<\/p>\n<p>Los s\u00edntomas en general son muy variados. Los cl\u00e1sicos son digestivos como distensi\u00f3n, inflamaci\u00f3n, dolor de abdomen, diarrea o constipaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acerca de su tratamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No existe ning\u00fan tratamiento medicamentoso y el \u00fanico m\u00e9todo eficiente es la dieta libre de gluten, estricta y de por vida, que no admite ning\u00fan permitido.
