Durante a\u00f1os se ha buscado la f\u00f3rmula m\u00e1gica\/r\u00e1pida para perder esos kilos de m\u00e1s y lo \u00fanico que siempre se logra es confundir e ilusionar a las personas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Con el solo hecho de entrar en una diet\u00e9tica o farmacias se puede observar la cantidad y variedad de productos que con recetas m\u00e1gicas prometen bajar de peso. Art\u00edculos al alcance de todos (venta libre), con informaci\u00f3n enga\u00f1osa, adem\u00e1s de costosos, y que en muchos casos pueden ocasionar riesgos en la salud y emocionales.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Los h\u00e1bitos saludables son hasta el momento lo cient\u00edficamente comprobado para mejorar la calidad de vida de una persona y lograr un descenso de peso sostenible en el tiempo. Una correcta alimentaci\u00f3n, actividad f\u00edsica regular, horas de sue\u00f1o adecuadas, evitar sustancias t\u00f3xicas, etc. Pero claro, lograr estos cambios pueden llevar m\u00e1s tiempo del que las personas desean.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Cuando hablamos de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, no nos referimos a dietas restrictivas o de eliminaci\u00f3n de ciertos grupos de alimentos ya que estas no tienen aprobaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica suficiente para ofrecerlas como soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1gica. Adem\u00e1s este tipo de reg\u00edmenes pueden producir carencias de algunos nutrientes indispensables.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Para lograr una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable es conveniente consultar con Licenciadas en Nutrici\u00f3n para ser guiados seg\u00fan las necesidades de cada uno. En algunos casos se necesita trabajar de manera interdisciplinaria. A veces una de las causas de poca adherencia a las \u201cdietas\u201d o \u201creg\u00edmenes\u201d es que no fueron adecuadamente armados\/elaborados a la necesidad, gustos, tiempos y otras particularidades de las personas, como tambi\u00e9n el propio compromiso de las personas de cambiar a estilos de vida m\u00e1s saludables.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Para perder peso se necesita m\u00e1s que el deseo, es necesario comprometerse, involucrar a la familia, amigos, pareja. Es plantearse objetivos a corto y largo plazo realistas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Algunos tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable debe contar con alimentos de todos los grupos, en las necesidades de cada una de las personas.<\/li>\n<li>Consumir variedad de frutas y verduras a diario. Que la mitad de mi comida sean verduras de varios colores y la mitad de las tentaciones sean de frutas frescas.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar alimentos de alto contenido proteico, bajos en grasas (tanto de origen vegetal como animal).<\/li>\n<li>Elegir grasas de buenas calidad, en las cantidades indicadas.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar elegir alimentos procesados.<\/li>\n<li>No plantearse permitidos y prohibidos, aprender el cu\u00e1ndo y cu\u00e1nto.<\/li>\n<li>Sumar movimientos, actividad f\u00edsica diaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Lo m\u00e1s valioso para su salud es consultar siempre con un profesional para desarrollar un plan de alimentaci\u00f3n adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Lic.
