{"id":43660,"date":"2021-05-10T10:53:04","date_gmt":"2021-05-10T13:53:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=43660"},"modified":"2023-06-21T08:41:53","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T11:41:53","slug":"el-desafio-del-lupus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/el-desafio-del-lupus\/","title":{"rendered":"El desaf\u00edo del lupus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>C<\/strong><strong>on el fin de concientizar sobre la existencia de esta enfermedad <\/strong><strong>poco frecuente<\/strong><strong> y <\/strong><strong>conocida, hoy se celebra el <\/strong><strong><i>D\u00eda Mundial del Lupus<\/i><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En este marco, alrededor de todo el mundo se realizan campa\u00f1as de informaci\u00f3n acerca de una enfermedad considerada rara y que cambia la vida de muchas personas<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Por ello es importante saber<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> de qu\u00e9 se trata esta enfermedad cr\u00f3nica, de origen <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>autoinmune y<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">que hasta el momento no tiene cura. Puede afectar la piel, articulaciones, tejidos y \u00f3rganos vitales durante un largo per\u00edodo de tiempo o incluso toda la vida, alternando per\u00edodos de actividad e inactividad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El servicio de Reumatolog\u00eda del Hospital del Carmen trabaja activamente en su atenci\u00f3n, ya que el Lupus tiene manifestaciones muy variadas, sin embargo hay una serie de s\u00edntomas que se presentan en forma m\u00e1s frecuente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">manchas en la piel, sobre todo en las zonas expuestas al sol, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">produciendo un efecto \u201calas de mariposa\u201d en la cara.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">dolor e inflamaci\u00f3n en las articulaciones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">cansancio extremo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">fiebre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">p\u00e9rdida de peso<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ca\u00edda del cabello<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">migra\u00f1a<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Como estas se\u00f1ales pueden ser similares a los de otras condiciones m\u00e9dicas m\u00e1s comunes, es preciso acudir lo antes posible al Reumat\u00f3logo para un diagn\u00f3stico precoz, teniendo en cuenta las graves consecuencias que esta enfermedad puede tener en ri\u00f1ones, pulmones y coraz\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La patolog\u00eda, por su caracter\u00edsticas, se aborda en forma interdisciplinaria pero son los reumat\u00f3logos los que llevan a cabo las indicaciones y el seguimiento del tratamiento. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Algunas recomendaciones <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Una vez detectado el Lupus, su tratamiento m\u00e9dico es mediante el uso de medicaci\u00f3n.
