<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>de pacientes <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>bajo diversos tipos de tratamientos, el Departamento de Nutrici\u00f3n de OSEP brind\u00f3 una jornada de <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>actualizaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b> para sus profesionales de todo el territorio provincial.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El encuentro tuvo lugar en el SUM del edificio Xeltahuina, Salta 877, de Ciudad y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de profesionales de la Nutrici\u00f3n que se desempe\u00f1an en diferentes efectores, servicios y sedes de la Obra Social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">All\u00ed se abordaron temas como <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Dietoterapia del paciente oncol\u00f3gico<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Dietoterapia del paciente con colon irritable <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">y<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i> Dieta baja en FODMAPS, <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">cuya sigla en ingl\u00e9s hace referencia a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">monosac\u00e1ridos, disac\u00e1ridos, oligosac\u00e1ridos y polioles fermentables. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Las disertaciones estuvieron a cargo de las licenciadas Roxana Zabaleta, especialista en Nutrici\u00f3n Oncol\u00f3gica del Hospital El Carmen y Soledad Ciurletti y Mar\u00eda Eugenia Mu\u00f1oz, especialistas en Nutrici\u00f3n en Patolog\u00edas Gastrointestinales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Se trat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">a<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> de un amplio espacio de debate y formaci\u00f3n profesional que se extendi\u00f3 desde las 8.30 hasta las 13.30 y cont\u00f3 con activa participaci\u00f3n de los asistentes que forman parte del Departamento de Nutrici\u00f3n y Alimentaci\u00f3n de OSEP, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">cuya referente es la licenciada Silvina Rodr\u00edguez
