style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">siguen<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"> su marcha, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">se suman<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"> y no se detienen. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Ahora realizaron un trekking por Paramillos<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Por iniciativa del programa Salud + Recreaci\u00f3n, la Obra Social propone diferentes desaf\u00edos saludables para sus trabajadores. El s\u00e1bado, un grupo de 45 personas particip\u00f3 de una visita al Cerro San Bartolo, en Paramillos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Los caminantes transitaron la zona, pasando previamente por la Reserva Natural de Villavicencio, donde disfrutaron de una incomparable vista panor\u00e1mica de la precordillera mendocina. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La actividad fue coordinada por los profesores de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica y gu\u00edas de monta\u00f1a del programa recreativo de la Obra Social Javier Dom\u00ednguez, Marcelo Baltolina y Sebasti\u00e1n Adrover.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">En la ocasi\u00f3n los presentes no solo disfrutaron de un paisaje \u00fanico sino que tambi\u00e9n participaron de una actividad que les permiti\u00f3, durante 6 horas, realizar ejercicio aer\u00f3bico y recreativo que les ayuda a mantener el estado f\u00edsico, reforzar los v\u00ednculos grupales y mantenerlos lejos de los niveles de estr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los trabajadores de OSEP siguen su marcha, se suman y&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":39186,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[101],"tags":[395,1001,1326,1327,172,1329,1181,1328],"class_list":["post-39185","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","tag-caminata","tag-cerro","tag-paramillos","tag-precordillera","tag-salud-recreacion","tag-san-bartolo","tag-trekking","tag-villavicencio","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
