{"id":37614,"date":"2019-05-06T09:06:05","date_gmt":"2019-05-06T12:06:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/?p=37614"},"modified":"2019-05-08T13:03:34","modified_gmt":"2019-05-08T16:03:34","slug":"iv-jornadas-de-actualizacion-en-enfermedad-celiaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/iv-jornadas-de-actualizacion-en-enfermedad-celiaca\/","title":{"rendered":"IV Jornadas de Actualizaci\u00f3n en Enfermedad Cel\u00edaca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con motivo de celebrarse el 5 de mayo el D\u00eda Internacional de la <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Celiaqu\u00eda<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, el Programa Ser Cel\u00edaco de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">OSEP<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> organiz\u00f3 un encuentro dirigido a profesionales de la salud especializados en Gastroenterolog\u00eda, Cl\u00ednica m\u00e9dica, Pediatr\u00eda y Licenciados en Nutrici\u00f3n los cuales son los que est\u00e1n m\u00e1s relacionados con los pacientes que poseen la enfermedad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se desarroll\u00f3 en el auditorio Adolfo Calle y cont\u00f3 con la disertaci\u00f3n de los doctores Horacio V\u00e1zquez, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00e9stor<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Litwin<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> y Andrea Gonz\u00e1lez los cuales a trav\u00e9s de sus disertaciones brindaron importantes aspectos sobre actualizaciones sobre el diagn\u00f3stico y otros aspectos de la enfermedad Cel\u00edaca. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes la doctora Mariana Casta\u00f1os, Directora de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria y Promoci\u00f3n de la Salud de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">OSEP<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> y la coordinadora del programa SER CEL\u00cdACO de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">OSEP<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, licenciada Soledad <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ciurletti<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> junto a todo su equipo de profesionales y colaboradores. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participaron cerca de 150 profesionales los cuales mostraron un gran inter\u00e9s en cada disertaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cabe destacar que <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">OSEP<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> est\u00e1 abocado a la organizaci\u00f3n de la <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">EXPO<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> CEL\u00cdACO el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de junio en la Nave Cultural de Mendoza en la cual se espera la participaci\u00f3n de empresas dedicadas a la producci\u00f3n de alimentos sin
