{"id":37290,"date":"2019-04-03T12:43:58","date_gmt":"2019-04-03T15:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/?p=37290"},"modified":"2019-04-03T13:05:05","modified_gmt":"2019-04-03T16:05:05","slug":"enfermedades-cronicas-cronograma-de-talleres-para-toda-la-comunidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/enfermedades-cronicas-cronograma-de-talleres-para-toda-la-comunidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas: cronograma de talleres para toda la comunidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa de Gesti\u00f3n Cl\u00ednica para Pacientes Cr\u00f3nicos organiza diferentes talleres de educaci\u00f3n terap\u00e9utica para el abordaje de las patolog\u00edas cr\u00f3nicas m\u00e1s frecuentes, ense\u00f1an c\u00f3mo llevar a cabo el tratamiento adecuado y tienen como objetivo primordial mejorar la calidad de vida de quienes las padecen.<\/p>\n<p>Todos lo viernes de abril desde las 10 horas en el SUM I del Edificio Xeltahuina, Salta 877, Ciudad se llevar\u00e1n a cabo las siguientes tem\u00e1ticas<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>5\/04\u00a0 <\/b><b>Diabetes:<\/b> aprender los distintos grupos de alimentos, valor cal\u00f3rico y contenido de hidratos de carbono<\/li>\n<li><b>12\/04 Enfermedad de ostearticular \/<\/b><b>Artrosis:<\/b> conceptos, tratamientos, mitos y realidades.<\/li>\n<li><b>26\/04 Taller de Nutrici\u00f3n \/ H\u00e1bitos Saludables:<\/b> actividad f\u00edsica, alimentaci\u00f3n, cuidar nuestra masa muscular<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada viernes el encuentro, al que pueden asistir afiliados y personas interesadas, comienza a las 10 horas con actividad f\u00edsica r\u00edtmica musical para entrar en calor y para comenzar de una manera saludable y entretenida.
