Las profesionales brindaron un curso que ense\u00f1a a cuidar y usar la voz y tratar la problem\u00e1tica de las cuerdas vocales, destinado\u00a0 principalmente para docentes de todos los niveles con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer los aspectos saludables de los profesionales sanrafaelinos.<br \/>\nEl taller es exclusivamente preventivo. Las personas con enfermedades vocales ya existentes requieren de un tratamiento especial a cargo de profesionales del departamento de Fonoaudiolog\u00eda, pero de manera individual. Con respecto al taller, la Lic. Alejandra Troyano cont\u00f3 que &#8220;hace muchos a\u00f1os venimos trabajando y ofreciendo este servicio para mejorar la salud de los docentes, donde muchos no saben c\u00f3mo cuidar la voz y por esta raz\u00f3n en estos cursos ense\u00f1amos diferentes t\u00e9cnicas para el cuidado, m\u00e9todos para la higiene vocal, respiraci\u00f3n, impostaci\u00f3n de voz y t\u00e9cnica vocal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la licenciada.<\/p>\n<p>Normas de higiene vocal para mantener tu voz sana<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; No grites ni hables por encima del ruido ambiental.<br \/>\n&#8211; No fumes y controla el consumo de cafe\u00edna y de alcohol.<br \/>\n&#8211; No hables mientras realizas un esfuerzo o ejercicio f\u00edsico.<br \/>\n&#8211; Aprovecha las horas libres para descansar la voz.<br \/>\n&#8211; No hables ni cantes cuando tu voz est\u00e9 da\u00f1ada.<\/p>\n<p>Los pr\u00f3ximos inicio de cursos ser\u00e1n informados por este medio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Departamento de Salud Ocupacional de OSEP San Rafael comenz\u00f3&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[101],"tags":[975,837,231],"class_list":["post-34689","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias","tag-con-voz-a-la-escuela","tag-fonoaudiologia","tag-san-rafael"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
