{"id":34421,"date":"2018-10-24T15:51:04","date_gmt":"2018-10-24T15:51:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=34421"},"modified":"2018-12-17T11:50:45","modified_gmt":"2018-12-17T14:50:45","slug":"desafio-sube-y-baja-en-lavalle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/desafio-sube-y-baja-en-lavalle\/","title":{"rendered":"Desaf\u00edo Sube y Baja en Lavalle"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\">El Desaf\u00edo \u201cSube y Baja\u201d acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la promoci\u00f3n de la\u00a0 Campa\u00f1a Provincial de Prevenci\u00f3n de la Obesidad \u201cAguante\u201d con el prop\u00f3sito de incentivar h\u00e1bitos saludables, especialmente el ejercicio f\u00edsico y la ingesta de agua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\">Durante octubre y noviembre se celebran varias fechas en relaci\u00f3n a la concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la obesidad y la alimentaci\u00f3n. En el marco de estas fechas el lunes desde las 10 de la ma\u00f1ana el equipo de OSEP Lavalle, conformado por nutricionistas, enfermeras, profesores de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y personal administrativo,\u00a0 estuvieron presentes en la Plaza departamental con acciones dirirgidas a la comunidad lavallina. Se promocionaron la incoporaci\u00f3n de estilos de vida saludables y para ello se invit\u00f3 al p\u00fablico a realizar 1 minuto de ejercicio a cambio de una fruta. Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 se hizo especial foco en el consumo de agua segura, eje del programa <em><strong>\u00a1Aguante!<\/strong>, <\/em>cuya finalidad es posicionar al agua segura como un elemento de hidrataci\u00f3n y alimento, tratando de eliminar el los l\u00edquidos azucarados de la dieta diaria.<br \/>\nAsimismo el equipo de OSEP realiz\u00f3 controles de salud: \u00edndice de masa corporal, peso, talla, tensi\u00f3n arterial y glucemia y el \u00e1rea de abordaje poblacional contact\u00f3 a afiliados para realizar relevamientos de sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\">La jornada finaliz\u00f3 con una clase de zumba y un stand con muestra de alimentos frescos para aprovechar en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Desaf\u00edo \u201cSube y Baja\u201d acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la promoci\u00f3n de la\u00a0&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[101],"tags":[160,170,480,750],"class_list":["post-34421","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias","tag-habitos-saludables","tag-lavalle","tag-nutricion","tag-sube-baja"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
