{"id":33652,"date":"2018-08-27T13:24:20","date_gmt":"2018-08-27T13:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=33652"},"modified":"2018-12-17T11:50:47","modified_gmt":"2018-12-17T14:50:47","slug":"taller-de-red-saludable-en-san-rafael","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/taller-de-red-saludable-en-san-rafael\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller de Red Saludable en San Rafael"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">El equipo de Red Saludable de la Sede OSEP San Rafael organiz\u00f3 un taller orientado a padres, directivos y docentes de ni\u00f1os de 1\u00ba, 2\u00ba y 3\u00ba grado del Colegio Proyectar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">El taller es un espacio de atenci\u00f3n a ni\u00f1os con sobrepeso y obesidad que aborda en forma interdisciplinaria su tratamiento adecuado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">En Argentina m\u00e1s de la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n (53,4%), tiene exceso de peso en alg\u00fan grado. En adultos 4 de cada 10 personas tienen sobrepeso y 2 de cada 10, obesidad. En ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, la frecuencia de sobrepeso var\u00eda entre un 12% y un 24%, y la obesidad entre un 3,5% y un 17%, lo que representa que al menos 1 de cada 3 tenga sobrepeso u obesidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">La obesidad es un factor de riesgo para la aparici\u00f3n de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas no transmisibles, como diabetes, c\u00e1ncer y patolog\u00edas cardiovasculares (infarto agudo de miocardio, accidentes cerebrovasculares).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">La disertaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de la doctora Erica Blanco, quien brind\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre h\u00e1bitos saludables, alimentaci\u00f3n y actividad f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">El encuentro culmin\u00f3 con la muestra de afiches hechos por los alumnos, concientizando sobre \u201cDesayuno, Almuerzo, Merienda y Cena Saludable\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El equipo de Red Saludable de la Sede OSEP San&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[101],"tags":[997,160,533,112,998,580,231,534],"class_list":["post-33652","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias","tag-colegio","tag-habitos-saludables","tag-obesidad","tag-osep","tag-proyectar","tag-red-saludable","tag-san-rafael","tag-sobrepeso"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
