{"id":28177,"date":"2017-03-29T19:27:05","date_gmt":"2017-03-29T19:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/?p=28177"},"modified":"2018-12-17T11:52:08","modified_gmt":"2018-12-17T14:52:08","slug":"el-test-del-sudor-ya-esta-disponible-en-el-fleming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/el-test-del-sudor-ya-esta-disponible-en-el-fleming\/","title":{"rendered":"El Test del Sudor ya est\u00e1 disponible en el Fleming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>En una reuni\u00f3n entre profesionales y directivos de OSEP fue presentada la nueva adquisici\u00f3n del Hospital Pedi\u00e1trico Alexander Fleming, un dispositivo para realizar el \u201ctest del sudor\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Este estudio es indicado a pacientes que presumen padecer fibrosis qu\u00edstica y hasta el momento s\u00f3lo pod\u00eda ser realizado en el Hospital Dr. Humberto Notti, por lo que su realizaci\u00f3n demandaba mucho tiempo de espera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El test del sudor permite el diagn\u00f3stico de la fibrosis qu\u00edstica y la adquisici\u00f3n del aparato que lo hace posible es muy importante para la Obra Social, ya que el \u00fanico centro asistencial p\u00fablico que lo realizaba era el Hospital Notti y ahora lo hace tambi\u00e9n el Fleming para nuestros afiliados.<\/p>\n<p>La encargada de realizar el examen ser\u00e1 la doctora <span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT130_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\"><span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT131_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\">Mar<\/span><\/span>\u00eda Eugenia Herrero, m\u00e9dica bioqu\u00edmica del laboratorio del nosocomio, quien ha realizado una completa capacitaci\u00f3n en el Hospital Posadas, de Buenos Aires, con el objetivo de asumir este desaf\u00edo. La experiencia incluy\u00f3 desde el lavado del material hasta la toma de muestras y titulaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Nuevo equipo para realizar Test del Sudor\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SfpdZBIfrI8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el aparato sirve para confirmar el diagn\u00f3stico de la enfermedad, en el caso de que los estudios \u00a0neonatales haya arrojado resultados positivos \u00a0o que el paciente presente s\u00edntomas que el m\u00e9dico considere suficientes para indicar el estudio. Se trata de una muestra indolora ya que contamos con una fuente de iontoforesis que produce una estimulaci\u00f3n para que el ni\u00f1o sude y, a partir de ah\u00ed, cuantificar los cloruros en el sudor y, seg\u00fan su diagn\u00f3stico, el m\u00e9dico considerar\u00e1 si es necesario repetir o confirmar su diagn\u00f3stico.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que ha sido muy importante la colaboraci\u00f3n de la doctora Rosanna Gonz\u00e1lez, Directora de Gesti\u00f3n de Pacientes Complejos quien, con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Laboratorio Techphere, hicieron posible esta buena noticia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00a0nueva presentaci\u00f3n aparatol\u00f3gica se suma a la \u00a0torre laparosc\u00f3pica para cirug\u00edas que fue estrenada con \u00e9xito hace una semana.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/NUEVO-EQUIPO-FLEMING-IMG_9771.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28178\" src=\"http:\/\/osepmendoza.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/NUEVO-EQUIPO-FLEMING-IMG_9771.jpg\" alt=\"NUEVO EQUIPO FLEMING-IMG_9771\" width=\"3600\" height=\"2600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la fibrosis qu\u00edstica ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es una enfermedad gen\u00e9tica, que provoca la acumulaci\u00f3n de moco espeso y pegajoso en los pulmones, el tubo digestivo y otras \u00e1reas del cuerpo. Es uno de los tipos de enfermedad pulmonar cr\u00f3nica m\u00e1s com\u00fan en ni\u00f1os y adultos j\u00f3venes, potencialmente mortal.
