El encuentro, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo a las 16, es impulsado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria, a trav\u00e9s del programa de Gesti\u00f3n Cl\u00ednica para Pacientes Cr\u00f3nicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En una semana que contar\u00e1 con muchas actividades en las distintas Sedes departamentales de OSEP, el Programa de Gesti\u00f3n Cl\u00ednica para Pacientes Cr\u00f3nicos, coordinado por el doctor Marcelo \u00c1lvarez, har\u00e1 su aporte mediante un encuentro gratuito que tendr\u00e1 juegos educativos, taller de cocina, recreaci\u00f3n y premios.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de la jornada, destinada a profesionales, pacientes y p\u00fablico en general, ser\u00e1 la concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la diabetes que, si no se asume con seriedad, puede causar graves problemas, entre ellos accidentes cerebrovasculares, cardiopat\u00edas, retinopat\u00eda, y da\u00f1o renal.<\/p>\n<p>Quienen asistan al encuentro, podr\u00e1n acceder adem\u00e1s a distintos controles de salud y recibir\u00e1n asesoramiento profesional y material informativo, no solo de la enfermedad sino tambi\u00e9n de los talleres que realiza todas las semanas el programa de OSEP\u00a0 para sus pacientes cr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p>El doctor \u00c1lvarez convoc\u00f3 a la comunidad a concurrir al encuentro. \u201cEs muy importante ya que uno de cada dos adultos con diabetes se encuentra sin diagnosticar.
