celebrar\u00e1 el \u201cD\u00eda Mundial del Linfoma\u201d con actividades en el hall central del Hospital del Carmen.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7076\"><span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT197_com_zimbra_url\" class=\"Object\"><a id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7077\" href=\"https:\/\/www.osep.mendoza.gov.ar\/mail#1\" target=\"_blank\" name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7078\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7079\"><br id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7080\" \/>La iniciativa de fijar esta fecha fue promovida a nivel mundial por la Coalici\u00f3n Linfoma,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7081\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7082\">\u00a0un grupo de pacientes<\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7083\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7084\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7085\" lang=\"es-US\">\u00a0e<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7086\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7087\">\u00a0investigadores de salud<\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7088\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7089\">\u00a0que buscaban generar conciencia en la sociedad sobre la patolog\u00eda y la importancia de estar atentos a los s\u00edntomas para prevenir.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7090\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7091\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7092\">Junto con la leucemia y el mieloma, representan la quinta causa de muerte por c\u00e1ncer en el mundo.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7093\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7095\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7096\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7097\">El linfoma es una neoplasia o tumor del sistema linf\u00e1tico que se produce por el crecimiento anormal de las c\u00e9lulas que forman parte del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico del cuerpo.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7098\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7099\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7100\">El sistema linf\u00e1tico constituye una amplia red de vasos que conectan los ganglios del cuerpo distribuidos en distintos grupos (axila, ingle, cuello, t\u00f3rax y abdomen) transportando un l\u00edquido blanquecino llamado linfa que contiene las c\u00e9lulas blancas encargadas de defender al cuerpo de las infecciones.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7101\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7102\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7103\">Actualmente, los linfomas se dividen en dos grandes grupos: no Hodgkin y de Hodgkin, siendo este \u00faltimo el m\u00e1s frecuente.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7104\">\n<li id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7105\">\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7106\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7107\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7108\">Linfomas no Hodgkin:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7109\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7110\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7111\">comienzan cuando un tipo de gl\u00f3bulos blancos (c\u00e9lulas T o c\u00e9lulas B) se hacen anormales.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7112\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7113\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7114\">Estas c\u00e9lulas se dividen una y otra vez aumentando el n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas anormales que pueden diseminarse a casi todas las partes del cuerpo.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7115\">\n<li id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7116\">\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7117\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7118\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7119\">Enfermedad de Hodgkin:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7120\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7121\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1473776557138_7122\">un c\u00e1ncer de una parte del sistema linf\u00e1tico. El primer signo de la enfermedad de Hodgkin es un ganglio linf\u00e1tico de gran tama\u00f1o. La enfermedad puede diseminarse a los ganglios cercanos.
