El servicio se encuentra a cargo de la licenciada Alicia Lucero, quien expuso los objetivos trazados por el equipo de trabajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon una nueva metodolog\u00eda de trabajo en la que se priorizar\u00e1 una idea de salud mental presente, no s\u00f3lo en cada programa sino tambi\u00e9n en todo el personal, el licenciado Sergio Vergara, director general , nos ha pedido que las pol\u00edticas del \u00e1rea sean coordinadas transversalmente con todos nuestros actores, efectores y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, se buscar\u00e1 la mejor llegada de los servicios de Salud Mental a todas las sedes; consultorios de OSEP Cerca; Salud Laboral; los hospitales Fleming, Virgen de la Misericordia y del Carmen as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n todos los programas de salud primaria y preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs\u00ed, la idea principal es priorizar todos los aspectos preventivos y promoci\u00f3n alrededor de la salud mental. Para ello se buscar\u00e1 la mejora de convenios con otras instituciones y el refuerzo de las distintas redes de contenci\u00f3n asistencial, para disponer de una mayor cantidad de recursos y tiempo para lograr los objetivos.
