La existencia de alguno de ellos, pone de manifiesto un malestar emocional existente en la persona que lo padece y pueden tener m\u00faltiples complicaciones a nivel bucal, endocrinol\u00f3gico, inmunol\u00f3gico, gastrointestinal y cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Desde la OMS, y seg\u00fan estudios e investigaciones, se evidencia que la insatisfacci\u00f3n de la imagen corporal, puede desarrollar des\u00f3rdenes alimenticios corporales como la anorexia y bulimia.<br \/>\nLa Anorexia es el trastorno m\u00e1s conocido y el m\u00e1s antiguo, quiz\u00e1s por sus s\u00edntomas, como el bajo peso.<br \/>\nPuede ocurrir que la persona tenga un rechazo absoluto a mantener un peso saludable, a recuperarlo una vez que lo perdi\u00f3, miedo ante la idea de ganar peso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suele existir una distorsi\u00f3n de la imagen corporal, vi\u00e9ndose o sinti\u00e9ndose obesa, aun cuando pueda razonar que su \u00edndice de masa corporal, se encuentra muy por debajo del peso ideal. En algunos casos puede sumarse una amenorrea, es decir un corte menstrual.<br \/>\nLa Bulimia se presenta con atracones, los cuales suelen ir seguidos de conductas de tipo compensatorias (purgativas) para evitar el aumento de peso.<br \/>\nEl \u201catrac\u00f3n\u201d es comer mucho y r\u00e1pido, con clara sensaci\u00f3n de descontrol. En otras ocasiones se presenta el \u201cpicoteo\u201d que es comer mucho pero en peque\u00f1as cantidades durante un per\u00edodo largo de tiempo (ejemplo toda una tarde).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para realizar tratamiento de los TCA en OSEP, solicitar turno de evaluaci\u00f3n en<\/strong>:<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>OSEP Central,<\/strong> personalmente a Rioja 515 de Ciudad (Programa de TCA) o al tel\u00e9fono 4340047- 37.
